ABOUT:

Hussain Sagar also called as "Tank Bund" is a heart-shaped lake in Hyderabad which is built by Ibrahim Kuli Qutub Shah, and is named after Hussain Shah Wali. It is spread over an area of ​​5.7 sq. Km and is fed by the Musi River. It is also famous for parks around it and statue of Gautam Buddha stood at the Gibraltar rock in the middle of the lake. It separates Hyderabad from its twin city, Secunderabad. The maximum depth of the lake is 32 feet.
